The Fern Quartet at Sandburn Hall today for Mike & Tilly’s beautiful wedding

This one felt extra special for us — it’s the first wedding this season with our core members (Alison, Alex, Natalie and Fionnuala) all playing together, and what a perfect day to kick things off. Mike and Tilly truly couldn’t have chosen better weather: warm (but not too warm), completely dry, and just right for an outdoor ceremony.

Tilly’s dream of saying “I do” outside came true, and it was such a joy to be part of it — soaking up a little sunshine while keeping ourselves (and our instruments!) safely tucked into the shade.

A wonderful start to the season with a lovely couple. Congratulations, Mike & Tilly!
