  • The Fern Quartet can provide the perfect musical backdrop at any point during your wedding day, whether it be the ceremony itself, the drinks reception, as background music during the wedding meal, or indeed after the meal itself as live music and entertainment.

    Your wedding ceremony is perhaps the most important part of your day, and for this, the Fern Quartet will provide the highest possible level of service to meet your needs and requirements.

    Whether you have chosen to have a Church or Civil wedding ceremony, music will help to set the correct tone and atmosphere Choosing music to suit your wedding day can be quite daunting, especially if you and your partner have different tastes. The Fern Quartet provide a highly professional consultation service free of charge and will offer you invaluable advice on personalising your music choice, making the ceremony even more meaningful for you both. And if there is a piece of music you particularly love or want to hear, we will be happy to find and arrange any exceptional requests.

    You may find, if you are having a Church Wedding or a Civil Ceremony, that you are a little restricted in your choice of music by the rules of that venue. Therefore we have put together a guide to each type of church ceremony and typical music that has been requested. A quick chat to double check your choices with your Priest/Vicar/Minister/Registrar is recommended.

    The Fern Quartet can provide many hours of music to suit all ages and tastes, from Disney tunes for your younger guests, to classical favourites, easy listening, jazz classics, show tunes, pop covers and older well known songs for the more mature listener.

    * Civil ceremony only.

    “We hired the Fern Quartet after seeing them at the Arches Wedding Fayre. We knew from the moment we heard them that we wanted them to play at our wedding in July. The communication was brilliant, and at request were able to learn and play a specific song for me to walk down the aisle to. Really brilliant - would recommend to anyone.” - Nicola W
